Stephanie Strick brings a rare integration of clinical formation, business leadership, and lived maternal experience to her work supporting parents and families navigating the complexity of recovery from eating disorders, disordered relationships with food and movement, and body image struggles. With over two decades of experience spanning psychology and strategic leadership, she offers dignified, relationally steady accompaniment grounded in both clinical expertise and the wisdom of a mother who has walked this path.

Stephanie holds the CatholicPsych Model of Applied Personalism (CPMAP) Certification as a Certified Mentor and Partner with CatholicPsych Institute—a rigorous, multi-year post-graduate formation program completed under direct supervision of licensed psychologists. This post-master level clinical training integrates philosophical personalism, Internal Family Systems, interpersonal psychotherapy, attachment theory, and psychoanalytic diagnosis—honoring both the psychological complexity and inherent dignity of every person.

Beyond her clinical work, Stephanie built a distinguished career in consultative enterprise sales and strategic leadership, including over a decade as the primary relationship anchor for IBM - her company's largest and most strategically critical global account and later serving as Director of Enterprise Sales at edX—the global ed-tech platform founded by Harvard and MIT. A 2023 graduate of the Yale School of Management Executive Education Women's Leadership Program, she brings strategic clarity, relational intelligence, and the capacity to navigate complex systems with grace—skills that directly translate to guiding families through treatment landscapes and recovery.

This mission is also deeply personal. Having navigated the complexity of supporting a child through eating and exercise-related challenges, Stephanie brings to every engagement not only clinical knowledge and professional expertise, but the hard-won empathy of a mother who has sat in the same fear, confusion, and isolation she now helps other parents carry.
