Jen Zingg is a 500 hr certified Yoga Practitioner with an emphasis on guiding self-healing fascia release techniques, restorative yoga, yoga fundamentals, and mindful movement. She completed a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and also has a background as a personal trainer.
Jen has always been drawn to all types of activity and can often be found on tennis and pickle-ball courts, at the gym or outdoors in nature. She enjoys a good challenge. When a friend invited her to a yoga class she could not put into words the struggle with savasana "a meditative posture in which one lies on one's back that is typically considered the final resting pose in yoga" or the inability to settle her body, mind and spirit on the mat. Because she was surrounded by a community filled with compassion and encouragement she felt safe, supported, and led to connect with herself on the mat. This practice became an integral part of her healing journey and now she brings her knowledge and expertise to her beautiful experiences at Infinite Possibilities Healing Center.
Craving more of this physical and spiritual practice led her to further workshops, and ultimately enrolling in her first yoga teacher training.
"Someone once told me a million experiences bring us to today. I believe we are all students, & we are all teachers for one another. My hope is to guide clients to explore the breath and movement yoga offers and transfer to how we approach life off the mat. When we choose to honor our individual needs we discover an awareness and connection of our internal selves. This growth allows us to navigate the hills and valleys of the rhythm of life."

Jenny’s Philosophy
Health has always been an integral part of who I am. Both of my parents were in the medical field, and although I always knew I wanted to work in that area, I’ve always been drawn to a more holistic, individual healing approach. Through education, experience, and a bit of luck, I eventually discovered Five Element Acupuncture and Qi Gong. Over the years, I’ve developed my own personal guiding principles of health, happiness and healing. I apply them in my own life, and they also provide the foundation of my acupuncture practice. Those principles are based on intuition, integrity, compassion and personal responsibility.
My practice is built around the principles of Five Element Acupuncture, which sees a person in health and balance, rather than in illness. This style of acupuncture guides you in listening to your own body’s intuitive messages. This enables you to develop a greater self-awareness, ultimately realizing you hold the key to your own health. This often means letting go of negative tendencies, habits, emotions or interactions. By living from a place of integrity and compassion, your actions reflect your values and expectations; you will feel balance mentally, physically and emotionally. Living from these principles, you will be able to transform internal and external conflict and realize the full potential for a healthy, happy and purposeful life.
